West Japan Railway Daily Service Net Co., Ltd. became my first aspiration after carefully examining whether I wanted to visit a lot and work.
The first thing that attracted me was the person in charge of recruitment. After participating in the joint briefing, I also participated in individual company briefings, and at that time, I bothered to call out. "It was only the second time, and I remembered me from a lot of people!" The keyword "Ekinaka development" was also attractive.

After experiencing the convenience store business at Seven-Eleven Heart Inn Umesankoji store, we went to Entre marche Osaka store, a complex that combines convenience stores and souvenir stores. As Chief Leader (vice manager), I was entrusted with ordering products in addition to sales and customer service. It is a display that thoroughly appeals to our main products, and records the number of sales in Japan for sweets from a new product. The know-how of the field gained at this time has continued to support me as a solid experience in the Ekimal Suites business I was in charge of later.
Ekimaru Suites is a station Naka sweets shop where popular Japanese and Western confectionery stores from all over the country are being replaced for a limited time, and is being developed mainly at terminal stations. He was involved in overall management, from attracting tenants to negotiations, contracts, and store management. The opening period of Eximal Suites is two weeks, but it takes about four to five months to attract new tenants. After opening the store, check sales, showcase display, and product composition. In some cases, it is often necessary to change the display from scratch. In such a case, based on the on-site experience, we instructed the know-how unique to the station Naka store, such as "Please increase the face of the main product and make it a display with a sense of volume." However, for experienced tenants, they may feel that there are some parts that are unconvincing for advice from employees with shallow careers like me. Therefore, we looked back and analyzed successful stores to identify the factors that led to sales. While increasing the number of drawers and showing actual displays and POP photos, I tried to provide convincing guidance.
