President’s Message Message from the President
We want to be a service company that creates the future of “life” and “travel” for customers.
Our company was established in 2000 as a company of the JR West Group, originating from the Kiosk station and the convenience store "Heart-in", and provides products and services to customers who use the station for everyday "life" and "travel" for commuting and going to school.
As the needs of our customers change every moment due to changes in the social environment and other factors, the products and services we require are diversifying. In our main businesses, the CVS business, the souvenir business, the tenant business, and the beverage vending machine curico business, we have been working to respond to various changes, including the implementation of various sales measures and business alliances in cooperation with our business partners, but in order to further enhance customer value, we are also pursuing new challenges beyond our existing business domains, such as entering the craft beer business and fitness gym business and developing unmanned vending machines.
From now on, for customers.
With safety and security as the top priority, we aim to be a company that continues to take on challenges in cooperation with various stakeholders.
In addition, the business of the hotel specializing in accommodation was succeeded on April 1, 2025 to JR West Via Inn Co., Ltd., which entrusted the operation of the Via Inn Hotel.
