We introduce "internal audit" which is one of our efforts to ensure food safety and security.

Visual inspection in the kitchen and store, confirmation of HACCP record forms,
We conduct interviews with store managers, etc., and if there are any defects.
We will prepare an improvement instruction manual to improve the defects.

    Employee grooming, handling of tableware and equipment, hygiene of facilities and equipment

    Are records related to HACCP properly operated?

    Is there any deficiency in the application status of the required business license, the display content of the promotional material, etc.? Is the store operated in accordance with laws and regulations?

  4. (4) Wiping inspection and inspection of ingredients

    We carry out hand washing of employees, wiping inspection of tableware and equipment, and inspection of foodstuffs, and whether there is any problem with quality control situation.
