Project launch

"I want to blow a bubble in the daily life of many people as I was surprised by the charm of craft beer." With such a feeling in mind, volunteer members gathered regardless of department or position to form a project team.

In Heguri-cho, Nara
Participation in hop cultivation training

Participated in a hop cultivation training to learn "What kind of plant is it" and "How to grow it" with hops that are indispensable for beer making.
We started digging the soil for harvest five months later.

The 1st
Our original beer "The Beginning of the Beer"

"I want to learn how beer is brewed," we consulted with a brewery in Osaka City, and decided to borrow equipment. We made preparations while receiving guidance and made limited sales.
The beginning of things means the beginning of things. "Beginning" refers to "Kaburaya", and "Ban" means "a large river begins with a small flow that overflows with the beginning." In the past, I shot Kaburaya at the beginning of the battle, so I named this beer in the hope that "Our Kaburaya is the best arrow, and that it will eventually become the headwater that will make a big flow."

Our original beer "mountain ascetic hermit Mountain Beer"

In line with the Kyoto Gion Festival, we developed the mountain ascetic hermit Yamabushiyama Bakshu Session IPA with the opportunity to serve our original beer in Yamabushiyama-cho.
For sale in midsummer under the scorching sun, we aimed to be a "drinkable beer" where you can enjoy a refreshing scent like tropical and citrus while drinking it.

"The Beginning: Heguri Kutsufu"

The hops grown in Heguri-cho, Nara Prefecture were harvested in July.
1st The original beer recipe is kept as it is, using the freshly harvested fresh hops, and we sold "Beginnings-Heguri Hopp" as a beer that allows you to feel the scent of the hop even further.

Our original beer "mountain ascetic hermit Mountain Beer"

mountain ascetic hermit Mountain Beer Session IPA, which was well received last year, and mountain ascetic hermit Mountain Beer SAISON (Saison).
This time, as a new initiative, we aimed to create a "beer with a refreshing and pleasant cooling feeling" using real pepper and tea leaves as side ingredients, respectively.

Adding flowers to it is the citrusity of cascade
Spicy of East Kengold.

Classic American IPA.
The hop used is American hop
